Refund PolicyPlease note orders which are made to measure, altered to your requirements and cut length fabrics cannot be exchanged or refunded. Up to 7 days following the day of deliveryIf you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return this product to us in its original condition and packaging within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. It must be fully saleable all packaging must be intact and any heading tape must not be pulled. Up to 14 days after deliveryYou may also return goods up to 14 days after purchase provided that they are in the same condition as stated above for a refund excluding original delivery charge and subject to a 10% re-stocking charge. All returns are subject to the following conditions: The product must be unused, as new, in saleable condition and returned with the original product packaging. Faulty ProductsA full replacement will be made at no charge if the product is faulty or defective in any way within 28 days after receipt of your order. In the event of a faulty product, please e-mail Customer Service at: sales@bedding4u.co.uk Please state Your order number, a description of the product defect and whether you wish to have a refund or a replacement product. We strongly advise customers to use our Sample Service where applicable because we cannot guarantee that the colours of products shown on screen are an accurate match due to different computer monitor settings. Ensuring the colour is correct is the responsibility of the customer. 10% handling and re-stocking charge will apply. Goods returned must be returned in original condition and packaging. Unless the good are faulty, items must be returned at the expense of the consumer by registered means. |
